Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. Training with a mentor precedes per-mile pay on no-touch loads.

During training, mentor-led sessions pay $650-$850 per week; after training, per-mile pay ranges from $0.55-$0.69. The schedule keeps you out two weeks at a time with sealed loads to the customer.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and clean driving record.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and enrollment in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight on OTR lanes.
• Drive with a mentor during training and learn the job.
• Unloading is not required; loads stay sealed for the customer.
