Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking new CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van runs. You will train with a dedicated mentor who rides with you as you learn the job, then transition to per-mile pay for no-touch freight.

Drivers can expect a training period with weekly mentor pay, followed by mileage-based earnings of $0.55–$0.69 per mile. Nights at home are not guaranteed, and trips keep you out about 2 weeks at a time.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcomed, no professional driving experience needed.
• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on OTR routes.
• Mentor rides with you during training.
• Unloading is not your job; loads stay sealed for the customer.
