Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking new CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van work with mentor support. Trainees start with paid instruction and progress to per-mile pay after four weeks of training. Expect no nights at home; the schedule is over the road with no unloading duties and no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads and new CDL-A holders are welcome, with no professional driving experience needed.

• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Mentor-based training with pay during training.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on OTR lanes.
• Learn the job with a mentor riding along on trips.
• Unloading is not required; loads stay sealed for the customer.
• Maintain compliant records and pass required screenings.
