Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking new CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van routes. Trainees ride with a mentor, receive paid CDL training, and progress to per-mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 after training. No overnight home time promises; schedules are 2 weeks out.

Training pay ranges from $650–$850 per week during mentor phase, with all freight being no-touch and dry van. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid CDL-A license.
• No professional driving experience required.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van OTR routes.
• Learn under a mentor during training.
• Loads stay sealed; no unloading involved.
• Over-the-road schedule with time at home between runs.
