10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for over‑the‑road (OTR) dry van freight. You will train with a mentor, then earn per‑mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 once training is complete. Training pays $650–$850 per week, and mentors ride with you during the learning phase.

The schedule is over the road with no unloading duties, and home time occurs between runs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads and new CDL-A holders welcome
• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• No professional driving experience required

Responsabilités

• Drive no-touch, dry van freight across OTR lanes
• Mentor rides with you during training
• Unloading not required
• Out on the road for 2 weeks at a time with home time between runs
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations
