Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking new CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) dry van freight. Trainees will receive paid mentor training, then transition to per-mile pay. The job operates with no nights at home in longer cycles, typically two weeks out, with home time between runs not guaranteed.

Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO are offered as benefits. The program welcomes recent CDL-school graduates and new CDL-A holders with no professional driving experience.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcomed; no driving experience required.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Mentor-led training before solo OTR driving.

Responsibilities

• OTR miles with no-touch dry van freight; mentor rides with you.
• No unloading duties; schedule and freight managed by carrier.
