Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is looking for new CDL-A drivers to run no-touch dry van OTR freight. You will begin with mentor training, then transition to per-mile pay after training.

The role is long-haul with two weeks out and two weeks at home, requiring ELDT completion and a valid CDL-A. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• No professional driving experience needed.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Valid DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment (federal requirements)

Responsibilities

• Assist with no-touch dry van freight.
• Mentor-guided training with a driver mentor.
• OTR shifts with two weeks out and two weeks home.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
