We are busy and have a wide variety of shifts available, from 2 hours to 12 hours, in various locations around Manatee County, covering the areas of Bradenton, Ellenton, Parrish, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch. Position Overview

We offer competitive pay rates and the ability to work one-on-one in a quiet homecare setting. You will work with our schedulers to create your own schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, including managing behavioral changes and ensuring a supportive environment
• Monitor and document clients' health and well-being as requested
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, with a focus on dementia care and personal care preferred
• Ability to assist with mobility and perform physical tasks related to caregiving
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care
