Home Instead in Bradenton, FL is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to join our team. We serve seniors in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish and surrounding areas, offering shifts from 2 to 12 hours and Instant Pay through Tapcheck.

You’ll work one-on-one in a home setting, with scheduling built around you and opportunities for overtime and referral bonuses. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team, rewarding work that makes a real difference in clients' daily lives.

Qualifications

Caregivers needed for Manatee County - Bradenton, Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, including managing behavioral changes and ensuring a supportive environment
• Monitor and document clients' health and well-being as requested
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being

Qualifications

Ability to assist with mobility and perform physical tasks related to caregiving

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name
• Must be able to pass our background checks, including a Level 1 (AHCA)
