Job summary

IN HOME RELATION CARE LLC in Bradenton, FL is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our growing in-home care team. You will provide support in clients' homes, assist with daily activities, mobility, and personal care with empathy and respect. Flexible availability for evenings and weekends is appreciated.

Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience is a plus, as is CPR/First Aid certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred to help clients get to

• Experience in caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA preferred.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and tidying living spaces.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Monitor and report changes in client health to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
