Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a Flower Technician I in Midway, FL. The role ensures incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications, conducts tests, and supports quality control within a fast-paced processing environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting moisture and texture, weighing and packaging, and maintaining proper storage. This position requires 1–3 years of related experience and a strong adherence to safety and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of cannabis flower and pre-roll materials for moisture, texture, and quality.
• Weigh out and package flower and/or pre-roll products according to brand standards.
• Receive raw batch items and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and PPE compliance per cGMP and Trulieve standards.
• Monitor production quality and report issues to leads.
