Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage on-campus recruiting across multiple universities in the Orlando area. You will build relationships with faculty and students, coordinate with corporate and regional teams, and drive full-time hires for the organization.

The role offers base salary starting at $45,000 with quarterly bonus potential, paid training, mentoring, and a clear internal career path. Travel up to 80% during peak season is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in recruiting or campus engagement.
• Campus recruiting experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in recruiting top campus talent.
• Deliver qualified candidates for Sales & Corporate careers.
• Build relationships with faculty and professors on assigned campuses.
• Effectively communicate campus recruiting strategies to teams.
• Expand relationships with professors, coaches, and student leaders.
• Source candidates through campus activities, platforms, social media, and job boards.
• Participate in job fairs, presentations, and campus events year round.
• Maintain strong relationships with peers and recruiting leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost campus presence.
• Create, promote and execute job shadow programs.
• Track metrics and meet campus hiring goals.
• Maintain applicant tracking system data and reporting.
