Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking 20 entry level cable technicians to start at the new Google data center in West Memphis, AR. The role focuses on learning to pull cat5/cat6 and fiber, testing and turning up, and rack-and-stack cabling with guidance to be trained “the Google way.”

The position is fully onsite in West Memphis, AR, offering hourly pay and a benefits package for a temporary contract role. Training is provided, no extensive background required.

• You will learn to pull cat 5 cat 6 and fiber.
• Learn how to test and turn up as well as terminate the existing cable.
• Will learn to rack and stack cabling, learn to run thru J hooks as well as run cable to certain locations for installation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of West Memphis, AR.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
