CUI Cable Services in Tallahassee, FL is seeking motivated individuals to become Telecommunications Technicians. No cable experience is required; we provide paid training, tools, and support to help you start a career in telecom.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services
• Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently
• Educate customers on their equipment and services
• Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards
• Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Accurately document completed work using mobile applications
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 23 years oldli>
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
