Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our field sales team. You will source new sales leads through inbound follow-up, outbound cold calls, email and social connections, and assist Account Managers with qualified opportunities across assigned territories.

You will maintain and expand a database of prospects, understand customer needs, and participate in quoting, product demonstrations, and regional updates to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or extensive related experience.
• Inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, and email/social media connections.
• Maintains and expands database of prospects within assigned territory.
• Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate AMs for further development and closure.
• Work with Account Managers throughout the quoting process to familiarize with internal processes.
