Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field; work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Salesforce experience or other CRM is a plus
• Experience with a variety of office equipment

Responsibilities

• Reviews and audits all breakdowns before client checks are written
• Maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files
• Analyze and complete final settlement breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by examining records and documentation
• Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation
• Communicate professionally with attorneys to complete audits when errors are found
• Perform general accounting tasks as needed
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent attendance
