Job summary

Citi is seeking an Universal Banker in Miami to assist with account openings, resolve service issues, and execute financial transactions. You will identify sales opportunities and support branch campaigns while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in banking or retail, strong written and verbal communication, and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish. This is a part-time role located at Citi branch in Miami, Florida.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking or retail banking.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support branch sales/service activities at seminars and campaigns.
• Adhere to controls and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance.
