Job summary

Republic Finance in Montgomery, AL is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to train for a Branch Manager role. You will participate in an 18-24 month paid program, learn all facets of branch operations, and begin originating new loan business by engaging customers and understanding their needs.

You will educate customers on lending products, assist with credit improvement, and support sales goals while upholding our values and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations through an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program.
• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit, and consolidate debt.
• Handle loan applications, closings and processing of insurance claims.
• Promote core values and deliver outstanding customer experience.
