Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Lakeland, FL. You will enter an 18–24 month paid training program to master branch operations, then manage your own branch with a relocation package for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal background, credit history checks and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Eligible for insurance licensing; relocation for promotion included.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and identifying needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, including debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Relocate for promotion to Branch Manager and support growth of the branch.
