Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Eau Claire, WI. The role includes an 18–24 month paid training program, opportunities to relocate to Branch Manager, and a strong focus on helping customers meet their financial goals.

You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending services, and support management in achieving sales goals and a stellar client experience. Onsite work and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting their financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement strategies.
• Support branch management with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Relocation promotion to Branch Manager may be required.
