Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean/English to coordinate with Korea headquarters and overseas offices.
• Entry-level role supporting booking, documentation, tracking, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in Korean and English with overseas partners, carriers, brokers and customers; convey shipment status.
• Arrange bookings for ocean and air shipments and enter data into the forwarding system.
• Prepare shipping documents (B/L, AWB, invoices, packing lists) and support customs filings.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations and SOPs.
