Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
• Keep inbound and outbound shipments moving by coordinating carrier appointments and schedules.
• Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy.
• Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with shift leads and assist shipping and receiving when needed.
