TBD_10_13_2022_The Autism Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated entry-level behavioral technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The role includes direct client care, data recording on behavior, and collaboration with families.

Applicants should possess a degree in a related field, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate nature. The position offers up to 20 hours/week of flexible scheduling and free RBT certification training paid by the company.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT Certification within the first 45 days of employment.
• Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one or group therapy.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
