BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and travel between environments as needed.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with company-paid RBT certification, immediate pay access, and extensive benefits. Evening/weekend hours may be required and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or enrolled in related field.
• Willingness to learn about Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Maintain caseload hours and data collection.
• Follow Treatment Plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Travel to center, home, and community settings as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
