Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow tailored treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.

No experience is required as paid training is provided and the RBT certification is fully covered. Eligible candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and be prepared to obtain the RBT within 20

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree proof must be provided.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs; active pace while working with young children.

Responsibilities
