The Intersect Group is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to learn our recruiting and sales business inside-out. The role focuses on training, development, and hands-on client and candidate interactions to build a foundation for future growth.

You'll learn the fundamentals of recruiting, manage relationships with clients and candidates, and partner with Account Managers on sales activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6–24 months of post-grad, professional experience preferred.
