Job summary

Building Automation System Company is seeking an Entry-Level Project Assistant to support BAS projects in the field and office. You will assist with installations on construction sites and help coordinate documentation and reporting under guidance from project managers.

This role offers extensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to learn how BAS systems are installed and commissioned in commercial buildings. A strong organizational mindset and willingness to work on-site are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus additional education or technical training preferred.
• Education or experience in Construction Project Management is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication abilities; comfortable with computers and basic software (Excel, Word, email).
• Willingness to work regularly on construction sites; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work on construction job sites assisting with BAS installations.
• Support technicians during system startup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with complex installation tasks as needed.
• Organize project files, documentation, and reports.
• Help track and coordinate project progress with managers and teams.
