Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a law firm or legal environment.
• Previous experience working in the bankruptcy field is a plus
• Working knowledge of PACER, NextGen, and CM/ECF systems.
• Strong sense of teamwork and attention to detail are essential
• Ability to manage a high volume of files and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

• Work within the firm's Bankruptcy Department under supervision of the Paralegal Supervisor and department attorneys
• File Proof of Claims across multiple jurisdictions nationwide
• Prepare certificate of service and additional documents as needed
• Communicate with team, supervisors, and clients via phone and email
• Be a team player willing to assist throughout the department
• Take on new tasks, adapt to challenges, and engage in ongoing training
