Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.
• Prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, amendments, and supporting documentation.
• Collect, organize, and review financial records and other required client documents.
• Communicate with clients regarding case information, outstanding documents, deadlines, and upcoming proceedings.
• Assist with electronic filings through CM/ECF and retrieve case information through PACER.
• Maintain case files, calendars, court deadlines, trustee requirements, and hearing dates.
• Draft routine correspondence, notices, and other bankruptcy related documents under attorney supervision.
• Communicate professionally with court personnel, trustees, creditors, and opposing counsel.
• Provide general case support to attorneys throughout the bankruptcy process.
