• Prepare certificate of service and additional documents as needed
• Communicate with team, supervisors, and clients via phone and email

Job description

The Entry-Level Legal Assistant role provides our new hires with the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in our bankruptcy practice area, as well as demonstrate their ability to meet performance standards. This is an in-office role located at our headquarter location in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities

• *Work within the firm's Bankruptcy Department under the general supervision of the Paralegal Supervisor and department attorneys
• File Proof of Claims throughout multiple jurisdictions nationwide
• Prepare certificate of service and additional documents as needed
• Communicate with team, supervisors, and clients through phone and email

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is:

17 - 19 USD per hour (Boca Raton, Florida)
