Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and branch sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain new customers, sell financial products, and provide services to individuals.
• Conduct branch or client visit sales.
• Promote and sell financial products (e.g. account, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments).
• Complete sales of financial products and services in branches.
• Serve as backup for the Personal Executive.
• Recommend new options to enhance productivity.
• Resolve basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence.
• Uphold risk considerations and comply with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.
