• Ability to complete required job-related training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and hospitality ambassador for the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens client relationships.
• Identifies client needs and refers to appropriate partners to meet financial objectives.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues as they arise.
