Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Banker to be the welcoming face of the branch and help clients meet their financial goals. You will process transactions accurately, promote Bank products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a supportive environment.

You’ll refer customers to specialists as needed, work well in a team, and maintain reliability and punctuality while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals required.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent client experience as the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products through in-person and telephone conversations, meeting referral standards.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
