Banner Bank is hiring a Banker to be the welcoming face of our branch in California. You will help clients achieve financial goals by processing transactions accurately and introducing them to products and services that make a difference.

Ideal candidates bring entry-level cashiering or client service experience, strong organizational skills, basic PC knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. The role supports growth in a supportive team environment with branch hours and light physical duties.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures.
• Provide an excellent experience for clients and act as the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products and services through in-person and telephone conversations, meeting referral standards set by your Manager.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
