Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to be the welcoming face of the branch, helping clients navigate financial needs and building lasting relationships. You will engage in consultative sales, promote banking products and digital tools, and support accounts with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of banking, client relationship consultant, or related sales experience with defined goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service interactions at branch locations.
• Build awareness and understanding of bank products and services, including digital banking capabilities.
• Grow and maintain a consumer and business lending pipeline by deepening client and center-of-influence relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls, networking activities, and participate in banking presentations to generate referrals and new business.
• Apply need-based sales techniques to expand, retain, and strengthen client relationships.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
