Job summary

Banner Bank is hiring a Banker to be the welcoming face of our branch. You will process transactions accurately, assist clients in achieving financial goals, and refer customers to suitable Bank products and specialists.

We value reliability, teamwork, and strong communication as you help clients with services while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. This role is based in Oregon with typical full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals required.
• Basic math, calculator use, and proper phone/email etiquette help success.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent client experience and be the face of the bank.
• Refer clients to bank products and services to meet financial goals.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a branch team.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality in daily duties.
• Promote Bank products through in-person and phone conversations, within referral standards.
• Adhere to policies, security requirements, and regulations.
