Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales with established goals.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service across sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer with precise currency handling.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce products and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to bank partners.
• Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.
• Open new accounts and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance.
• Support branch lending processes by answering questions and preparing accurate documentation.
