• Utilize CRM to update customer information and enroll new accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide follow up for new and existing customers to ensure maximum retention.
• Promote positive team relationships.
• Maintain open lines of communication.
• Conduct all job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service.
• Proficient in presenting to individuals and large groups of customers on all products and applicable services.
