Altitude Promotions in Dallas seeks a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee to perform B2B sales, account management, and customer service while developing training materials. You will help drive KPI reporting and collaborate with national accounts to align objectives.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced team environment, support operations, and contribute to the ongoing training of a sales team to meet corporate goals and deliver strong client outcomes.

Sales and Marketing Management Trainee Responsibilities

• Perform B2B sales, account management, and customer service
• Curate sales and marketing training materials/workshops
• Manages the completion for corporate objectives by individual product lines
• Drives and directs sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals.
• Projects a positive image to clients and the community.
• Works with National Account Mangers to develop mutual objectives and problem-solving issues
• Ensures accurate weekly reports and KPI details
• Initiates and participates in and supervises ongoing training of a team of sales representatives, ensuring clear understanding of products and SOPs
• Carefully tracks forecasts and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
