Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to join our on-site team in Louisville, KY. You will develop target accounts, build client relationships, and drive early-stage sales opportunities with engineering and sciences clients.

You will participate in training, mentorship, and a culture that promotes internal growth and internal mobility across our business. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as talent solutions and services expert for territory.
• Build target account lists and expand prospects using internal/external resources.
• Develop and manage new and existing client relationships via CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers to qualify and create value.
• Increase sales and market share by growing assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates to stay in line with market standards; ensure profitability.
