The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to learn foundational automotive skills and safety practices.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with technicians to perform additional services and maintenance.
• Provide clear communication and friendly service to guests.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company vehicle care policies and safety rules.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
