Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires learners who can train in tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance, with no prior experience necessary. A valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required, overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to learn basic automotive services and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, tires repairs, and basic maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and communicate clearly with customers.
• Follow Goodyear safety policies and procedures while working in service centers.
• Prepare for interviews and participate in prescreen.process as part of application.
