Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear’s Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service and will be trained even if experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to gain new skills.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communicate clearly about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and maintain safety policies.
