Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of its Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic services such as tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance while delivering outstanding guest service.

No prior automotive experience is required as training will be provided, and you will join a fast-paced, safety-focused team with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience not required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate clearly with customers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures in all tasks.
