Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Mountain View, CA. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and more as part of a collaborative team.

The role offers full-time and part-time options with day-one benefits, ASE certifications through on-the-job training, and a supportive onboarding environment.

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires and tire-related services.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
