Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team that services vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool discount program and opportunities to earn ASE certifications.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and routine maintenance, install tires and batteries, and road-test vehicles.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks capability.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
