Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team servicing vehicles. The position offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, with a pay range of $14.37–$22.45 per hour.

Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation in line with minimum wage requirements and values work-life balance. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Must have basic mechanical task ability.
  • Must hold a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
