Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team servicing vehicles. Role includes diagnostic and repair work, tire maintenance, and routine road testing. Full and part-time benefits start from day one, with a wage range of $14.37–$22.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
