Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our auto care team. This entry-level role offers full and part-time benefits from day one and a pay range of $13.61 to $21.27 per hour.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance, and conduct tire services. Valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
