Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our service team in the United States. This entry-level role supports vehicle maintenance, tire services, and basic diagnostics, with full- and part-time benefits starting on day one.

Pay range is $17.39–$27.17 per hour; Bridgestone commits to fair compensation and a supportive onboarding experience. On-the-job training and ASE certifications are provided as part of our development culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
